Pam has been where you are: in the classroom, loving what she does, adoring her students but not sure how to motivate her students to behave so they can learn best! 

Through years of research and trial and error, she's found what motivates ANY human to behave better. Her tools let you, as the teacher, problem solve and use the tools the way it works best for your style and for your specific students (dance studios, coaching, school, age levels, subjects and specific students, etc.)

This innovative approach considers all you know about HOW to teach and weaves that into the specifics of learning a physical behavior. It's proactive so the students are set up for success instead of correction and reactively giving out rewards or worse, punishment.
